Aww this is beautiful! I like how light and colourful everything is! 
The dirt on her feet is a really nice addition and adds a sense of reality to it! And...does she have a scar on her leg? ...hemm anyways, this looks beautiful. My only suggestion is to be careful adding the two identical butterflies in the foreground. Things that are the same, particularly in photos/photomanips, draw a lot of attention away fromt eh rest of the scene, because the human eye naturally looks for repetition. If you could change the one just a bit so it isn't so similar, it would create more variety and keep the eye moving around the scene!
Otherwise, I think this is perfect!
